ROAST CHICKEN IN FRENCH

Ingredients:

1 chicken around the city from 3 lb
1 ½ cup fresh mushrooms of your favorite
5oz bacon on slices
½ cup white wine
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Spices: salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Clean, wash and dry the chicken. Rub it inside and outside with ground black pepper and
salt. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into finely. Put the oil in a frying pan; when it is
warmed up - add the mushrooms. Smother it 2-3 minutes and add the wine. After 5-6
minutes, remove the mixture from the heat, add the dill. Fill the chicken with this mixture.
Cover it with slices of bacon and bake it for 50 minutes at 200 /392 F.
Serve the roast chicken warm with suitable side dish.
