
Ingredients:
2 ¼ lb chicken wings2 tablespoons tomato sauce or ketchup
3 tablespoons sauce “Worcester”
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions:
Cut the wings in half. Cut off the ends and discard. Wash the wings and dry them onkitchen paper.
In a large bowl mix the sauces and mustard. Mix them well. Put the chicken wings and
mix well. Put foil on the bowl and store in the refrigerator so the chicken wings will
marinate for 4-5 hours. If you have more time you can marinade them until 12 hours.
Preheat the oven to 220 C/428 F. Pour the wings and marinade from the bowl on a baking
tray. Put it in the preheated oven. Bake the dish for 25-30 minutes until the wings become
golden brown.
Serve them warm with a suitable sauce.
