MEDITERRANEAN SALAD WITH CHICKEN

Ingredients:

1 lettuce with curly leaves
5-6 red radishes
2 lemons
½ loaf of bread
1 ½ cup yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1-2 skinless chicken breasts
10-15 black pitted olives
Spices: 1 teaspoon curry powder, a pinch of ground black pepper, 1-2 cloves pressed
garlic

Instructions:

Put the chicken breasts to sauté or boiled in water until tender. Then let them cool and cut
them into small pieces.
Clean, wash and dry the salad. Use a large wide bowl. Cover the bottom of it with salad
leaves, arrange them tightly together. Cut the loaf of bread on slices and bake them in the
oven or toaster. When cool arrange them together on the leaves of the lettuce.
In a large bowl place the yogurt and mayonnaise. Beat the mixture well. Add spices and
stir well. Add cheese, chopped cooked chicken breast and cut into quarters olives. Pour
over toast bread with this mixture. On it - the remaining chopped lettuce, sliced radishes
and sliced lemons. Cover the salad with foil and put it in the fridge. Serve it after a few
hours or the next day.
This salad can be served as an appetizer.
