
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 large “Oak leaf” salad½ cup canned corn
1 coffee cup pomegranate grains
6-7 red radishes
Spices: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon wine vinegar, a pinch of salt
Instructions:
Clean the salad; wash it thoroughly with cold water. Then drain it and dry it. Shred theleaves of the salad. Put them in a deep plate. Wash and cut into thin pieces the radishes.
Put them on the salad. Add over them the corn and pomegranate grains. Sprinkle the salad
with salt, olive oil and vinegar. Serve it immediately after preparing it.
