
Ingredients:
2 lb chicken bon filletFor the coating:
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of peeled sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
3-4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
Spices: ground black pepper and salt to taste
Instructions:
Sprinkle the fillet with salt and ground black pepper.For the coating: combine well the flour, breadcrumbs, sunflower seeds and grated cheese.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Dip fillets in egg and consistently into the dry mixture. Fry them in hot oil on each side for
3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the fillets warm, with fresh salad.
