
Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts3 medium sized tomatoes
1 onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons finely grated cheese “Cheddar”
Spices: salt and ground black pepper
Instructions:
Cut chicken breasts lengthwise. Hammer them lightly with meat mallet. Sprinkle withpepper and salt to taste. Arrange the cutlets on baking paper in the appropriate tray.
Preheat the pan. Put the butter to melt. Fry the finely chopped onion and mushrooms for
about 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into rings.
Put on each chop in the tray a little of the mixture with onion and mushrooms. Over it - 1-
2 rings of tomatoes. Smear them with mayonnaise. Put the tray in the oven preheated to
220 C/428 F. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the tray, sprinkle the cutlets with the cheese
and return to oven until they become golden in color for 4-5 minutes.
Serve the dish warm with salad.
