
Ingredients:
3-4 skinless chicken breasts2 red onions
2 lemons
10-12 large twigs of fresh rosemary
Spices: ground pepper and salt to taste
For the marinade: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, and ½ tablespoon finely
chopped rosemary
Instructions:
For skewers used sprigs of rosemary. For this purpose, choose more thick and strongsprigs. Take the needles. Sharp the bare sticks at one end.
In a bowl, put the ingredients for the marinade and mix them vigorously.
Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Cut onions and lemon pieces suitable for string.
On each rosemary skewer string pieces of: chicken, onion, lemon - chicken onion, lemon.
Arrange skewers in a shallow bowl and pour in the marinade. Allow to stand in
refrigerator 5-6 hours.
Preheat grill or oven to 220 C/428 F. Arrange marinated skewers, sprinkle them with salt
and pepper to taste. Bake them on all sides until golden brown. Serve skewers 5-6 after
minutes.
