CHICKEN WINGS WITH APRICOT JAM

Ingredients:

2 ¼ lb chicken wings
Oil for greasing the pan
For the marinade: 3-4 tablespoons sauce “Barbecue”, 3 tablespoons apricot jam, 1
tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1
tablespoon sesame oil, 2 cloves of crushed garlic

Instructions:


Cut the wings in half. Cut off the ends and discard. Wash wings and dry them on kitchen
paper.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Put the chicken wings and mix.
Cover the bowl with foil and put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200 C/ 428 F. Grease a baking tray with oil. Arrange the chicken
wings from each other. Pour into the pan ½ cup hot water. Put the pan in the oven and
bake the wings 30 minutes until they turn golden brown. During baking dub the wings at
least 2-3 times with the remaining in the bowl marinade.
Serve chicken wings hot with fresh salad.
