CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS IN GREEK

Ingredients:

6 chicken drumsticks
2 onions
6 cloves of garlic
1 cup white wine
½ cup green or black olives
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white raisins
2 tablespoons crushed hazelnuts
Spices: ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground black pepper and salt to taste, 1-2 tablespoons
chopped parsley

Instructions:

Clean the onion and cut it into slices. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Put in a big bowl
the chicken drumsticks, onion, garlic and all other products. Mix well the mixture and
leave the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. Then pour the whole mixture from
the bowl in a suitable baking tray. Cover it with aluminum foil. Preheat the oven to 200
C/392 F. Put the dish to bake 30-40 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for another 10-
15 minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.
