
Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts2 large eggs
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 clove crushed garlic
5-6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons finely grated cheese “Ptarmigan”
4 tablespoons sunflower oil or olive oil
3-4 tablespoons flour
Spices:
1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon oregano, salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:
Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise and gently hammer them. Prepare a mixture ofketchup, crushed, pepper, thyme and oregano. Apply this mixture the chicken breasts on
both sides. Let them stay in the refrigerator 30-40 minutes.
Mix the “Parmesan” cheese with breadcrumbs.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Roll chicken steaks in flour. Then dip them in the beaten eggs. Finally, roll in mixture of
breadcrumbs and cheese. Fry the chicken steaks in highly heated oil until golden brown.
Remove them on a cooking paper to drain off the fat. After 10 minutes, serve them hot
with fresh salad.
