SALAD WITH CHICKEN FILLETS

Ingredients for 4 servings:

5oz (150 g.) chicken fillets
7oz (200 g.) canned corn
1 avocado
1 big sour apple
1 small red onion
Spices: 5-6 sprigs parsley, ground black pepper
For the sauce: ½ cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1
clove finely chopped garlic, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Select an avocado, which is well softened. There should be no spots on the skin. Divide it
into two halves. Remove the stone, peel it and cut it into small cubes. Peel the apple and
cut it into small pieces. Drain the corn. Sprinkle the chicken fillets with ground black
pepper and bake them on both sides in a pan. Clean, wash and finely chop the onion.
Gently mix all ingredients in a deep bowl.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients vigorously in a separate bowl. Serve the
salad sprinkled with parsley and the sauce in a separate bowl. So everybody can add to
his/hers portion the desired amount of the sauce.
