
Ingredients:
2 skinless chicken breasts2 spicy sausages
6-7 raw shrimp
1 onion
1/8 head celery
2 green peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon flour
Spices: pinch of ground black pepper, a pinch of thyme and a pinch of oregano
Instructions:
Peel the onion and celery. Wash them and cut them into small cubes. Clean the peppersfrom the seeds and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil in a suitable pan and put the
vegetables to sauté for 6 -7 minutes.
Cut the chicken breast and the sausage into morsels. Add them to the vegetables. Add the
flour and very finely chopped garlic. Stir the mixture well. Add 1 cup cold water and the
chicken broth. Let the meat simmer on low heat about 20 minutes. Then add the shrimps.
Let the meat to simmer another 3-5 minutes and remove from the heat. Add ground black
pepper, thyme and oregano.
Serve hot.
