CHICKEN FILLET WITH MELTED CHEESE

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb chicken fillet
5 oz bacon
1 cup mushrooms, fresh or canned
4 oz melted cheese
½ cup cooking cream
1 small onion
1 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon butter

Spices:

1 teaspoon thyme, ground pepper to taste

 Instructions: 

Cut into strips the fillets, the bacon, the onions and the peppers. Put them in a buttered fireproof container. Sprinkle with thyme. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Put them together with melted cheese on other products. Sprinkle with pepper. Pour them into the cream. Cover with lid or aluminum foil. Put it in a cold oven and turn to 200 C/392 F. Bake the dish for 30-40 minutes. Serve with fresh salad.
